I am Budi Putra. Call me Budi.

I write mostly about technology –especially gadgets and online media. Yeah, I love writing. Writing (and blogging is just another form of writing) has been becoming a habit –if not an attitude– for me. That’s why I fell  in love with this once I stumbled upon blogging in the beginning of 2006 –although I already started to blog sporadically since 2002, but tend to be a reader rather than a blogger/writer.

I worked as a journalist for years (and joined TEMPO –Indonesia’s most respected publications– for five years), wrote some books, then decided to be a “full-time” blogger for more than two years — write for CNET and SlashPhone, among others –before joining Yahoo! as Indonesia Country Editor. Then I quit Yahoo on May 2011.
